In the current marketplace, recent college and advanced degree graduates are increasingly being asked to quickly assume product and/or client responsibility. No longer can analysts and associates undergo a lengthy apprenticeship to obtain the skills needed to serve clients. Consequently, in many firms training is most intense at the entry level. MPC creates and delivers both firm-wide and divisional training programs.
Our approach to Analyst & Associate training is to:
