Training often begins and ends with testing.  MPC can be engaged to develop and implement performance measurement and assessment tools for our clients to ensure that they hire and retain the right people for the right jobs.  Reinforcement of material and pre-testing can be incorporated into any program.  Test subject matter include: (1) Pre-test / assessment – determines appropriate level for coursework; (2) End of seminar testing – can be immediately following course or in few weeks after; and (3) Group presentations – can be used to evaluate course material absorption.  Learn More >
